I remember a while ago now that RJ told me about the Molds for the Scary Movie’ GhostFace® spoof masks STILL existing… when i asked where they were he simply said.. ‘I have them LOCKED in my office’ …

After requesting some photos of the rare GhostFace® booty’ i have been told i can have some pictures soon..
We will finally see what mask molds look like after all these years locked away!

Whilst on the subject i asked about what it was like and who did the deals with regards to the ‘Scary Movie’ project.. The answer back was…

‘RJ and Alan negotiated the deal. RJ was at 100% of the meetings, while Alan was at 90% of the meetings. Details can not be released, but it would have made a great reality series!’

Thanks to RJ for the info so far.. I look forward to seeing the pictures which will be along in the next few days or so..

With Scream 4 coming and going i notice a hell of a lot more Scream-based fan films appearing now, before it was a few here and there.. now it seems everyone wants to have a STAB at their own clips/films..

The film below is from a chap named John C Gritton, known to many a Scream fan im sure.. i know ive heard it before seeing the film.. what we have from John is a STAB fan film, the only bad thing is its length but even so its still an interesting watch to say its duration is only 13m:26s.. What we have is two stunner girls like in STAB 6 in Scream 4.. both talking and then the phone rings.. all in all its a cracker of a clip! Watch it below.

Well its been a while since any new Scream 5 news came about and to be honest im not holding my breath for the meantime, it looks as though we need a damn good writer and even if found the fans may disagree with the choice.. myself included. It looks as though there is more on a ‘Scary Movie 5’ than a Scream 5..

What else then??

Well recently i tweeted to Marielle Jaffe and got a response.. below..

In other news us fans still wonder what’s around the corner for Ghostface, for a long time now RJ has kept up his cryptic tweets and has spoke of a big ‘project’ thats going on.. a possible announcement around late June or early July could see us all being told what it is exactly and put us all at ease. Only time will tell.

Also… something i should have mentioned a short while back when ‘Steffen’ told me about this.. (Deadraofficial on Twitter) yes, another new version mask.. this time ‘GhostFace Mummy’ …
Looks to be a fabric mask instead of the latex rubber.. only recently released and not many online at this time, on Ebay there are some listed but the postage is sadly too high just for one mask.. $35 too high.. then you add the price of the mask on to that!! Shocking to say the least.. the mask is on Fun World’s new site in the costumes category. The mask will be added to the mask page in the very near future.

And a small update… just in now.. After just speaking with RJ he told me he had been getting questions about the recent TV Series of Scream.. i post below his quote he sent to me..

“I’ve been asked many times in regard to the proposed T V series that was in media recently, I can confirm to U that Fun World has not been Approached or contacted as of this date and if Ghost Face were to be used–obviously , they would need our approval”. R J

So there we have it for those that wondered about it.. Straight from the man himself.. so at this time the TV series of SCREAM’ is just as it was when first reported.. Thanks to RJ for the info! Much Appreciated!

In Houston the set-up is coming along nice according to RJ Torbert, last year we saw many a picture from him and hopefully this year we will see more pictures too.. many a fan would love to go there im sure and see many a mask and costume close by, last year RJ was giving away $100 dollar bills to people with GhostFace® ties who he picked out, wonder if anything like it will happen this year.. ?

Hello again, hope you all had a nice Christmas and New Year’s Eve party!! Well this time last year things were different, we were all still very much anticipating Scream 4’s arrival and news of Re-shoots was close, also the Halloween Expo show was held in Houston and RJ was there giving away $100 dollar bills to lucky winners there, a Statue of GhostFace® was there along with some nice models sporting many a costume from Fun World and also the GhostFace® Ties were on the odd picture! But now we look into 2012…

What’s coming?? Well hopefully more new goodies from GhostFace® in some shape, way or form, that’s the trouble with Halloween, its so far away again. But fans are also anxiously awaiting Scream 5 news, with TWC recently asking on a Facebook poll about it we know its in their heads to do, after all Kevin Williamson was contracted for a 4 and 5, but nothing was settled for a sixth! .. all i can hope right now is that we get Kevin writing again for Scream 5, Wes back to direct, and Cast as always wanted, Neve, David and Courteney, and maybe also fans will beg enough for Kirby to return! (Hayden Panettiere).

For the moment though have a good New Years Day, and lets hope the world lasts long enough so we can see more Scream movies! 2012 may be the year the world ends, especially if Kevin DOESN’T write Scream 5!

Ok, first off, Hello again, the site hasn’t had an update for just over a month but this place is NEVER forgotten, i check this every day to see all is ok and on the forum too.. another thing i check out most the time is EBay..

Sadly many CRAPPY NON FW versions of the mask still exist but as reported previously we hope they will be gotten rid of in the future.. now, onto the main part.. there are certain Ebayer’s out there who would, and actually DO write anything to make a gullible person who doesn’t know masks well buy what they think is something special..

With reference to what i mean is the new 2011 “Ultra White” (as described by many a fan) masks.. These have a few nice characteristics… firstly, and most obvious, these are a bright white shiny vinyl, the mouths are matt black, the back of the chin is “Stampless”, the stamp is there on the inside of the mask to the diagonal top left of the left eye.. they also have an elastic strap inside… shrouds are the normal black stretchy material we have seen for many years now on previous versions.. NOT LIMITED in number these masks.. many a store and EBay seller have had these types over the last few months.. The seller on EBay describes these as “Ultra Hero” version, that he/she describes as the same production mold used in Scream 4’s “Hero” masks.. NOT TRUE!!

It also ISNT another “Collectors edition” of the mask.. and isn’t RARE as Hens Teeth! Many stores worldwide have these masks.. if buying off ebay always try and ask questions first about EXACTLY what you are getting..

Some sellers may have old tagged stock like the purple ASIS tag, aka 97 tag mask.. others would have new stock, remember it doesn’t cost anything to ask questions, if they dont reply then obviously they dont care too much about selling items, or are just plain bloody ignorant!! Sadly some are… Be careful out there, and remember that if it sounds too good to be true it normally is!! A smooth chin GhostFace® mask ISNT rare! Not in this case! Just make sure all purchased masks are FUN WORLD made and dont pay over the odds for what is a normal run mask! The seller in mind ALWAYS put his banter in huge fonts normally in RED, some are currently in a Blue colour.. STAY AWAY…
