Well… for YEARS fans have loooked countless times art Screen Shots and paused old VHS videos and DVDS and Blu Ray discs to look at masks throughout the films as years gone by..
One mask that is always a crowd pleaser was ALWAYS the ‘ Sidney Attack Mask ‘ as it was nicknamed… its now coming up for auction… and also a Scream Robe is also now listed and up for grabs..

This iconic costume consists of one soft glow-in-the-dark PVC mask and a custom-made sparkly lurex robe with hood and built-in gloves. The mask was originally created by Fun World DIV for its Fantastic Faces/Fearsome Faces line. This mask has black mesh covered eyes, a blackened mouth and nose, and features the “Fun World Div” debossed on the backside of the long chin. Additionally the mouth features matte black tape, a temporary modification which was utilized by Peter Deming, a director of photography, for scenes in which the mouth needed to appear dull, whereas when the mouth needed to appear shiny they applied a layer of chapstick. The presence of the tape indicates the mask was last used in a scene where it needed a dull mouth. Attached to the mask is a black cotton shroud with a self-adhesive strip sewn into the top to secure the robe’s hood, which has the second strip sewn onto the interior. The pull-over robe has a one-piece front and is made of a unique woven fabric which contains silver-colored threads to give the appearance of sparkles. The sparkles ultimately helped to visually distinguish the costume from dark backgrounds and was unique to the early Scream films. Furthermore, this robe features a smaller hood that contains a rigid plastic board sewn in to keep the shape of the crown, two tie strings at the neck, and a pair of gloves attached to the sleeves with a pinched back to give them a slimmer fit. The sleeves feature a more square shape with zig-zagged edges. This costume exhibits a buildup of grime and discoloration on the mask, while the robe exhibits frayed threads from unfinished edges.

Well, here we are again… there was an auction a while ago now for a solid ‘Hard PU’ plastic mask as used in SCREAM (2022) , however now.. we have a ‘Screen Used’ mask as used in the upcoming 2023 release of Scream 6… All money will go to one of RJ’s long known charity suggestions of the Brooke Jackman Foundation.. this time, we have a Screen Used EU Stamp mask.. WITH a tag attached stating what scenes it was used in too.. so please get bidding, and good luck!!

This was worn on screen during filming and has an official Wrap Tag indicating what scenes it was used for in the movie and contains a letter of authenticity.

Well, after posting about the Teaser poster, and then the EW new pictures from the new film i thought i could log out and be done for the day, but no… Now RJ Torbert has put up a Tweet in reference to HOW to have a chance to own a SCREEN WORN GhostFace mask from the Upcoming film..

July 5th 2021: PRE-ORDER for Mask and Knife set.. MadAboutHorror
Sometimes in the collectors world of GhostFace we see items that can sometimes only be available in USA, this year we have the same thing!! A 25th anniversary Mask and Knife set is due to come, and the mask in the set seems to be the same EU Stamped Sparkle hooded mask.. whilst the knife is standard, the set as a collectors piece is going to add another item to any collectors list to purchase this year!
Also, this is said to be an exclusive to a USA Distributor.. so it seemed that us UK fans , (and anyone else outside the USA) had to find a trustworthy american fan to see if they could get one…
That said though, we dont have to do that now, because Louise at MadAboutHorror has been up to her old tricks!! Louise has a Knack for getting American stuff/Merchandise to us UK fans, all the way back in 2016 i had helped her get in touch with a USA fan and we had that fan go around all the local Savers/Value Village stores to get Metallic masks, those masks were then sent back to Louise and then sold to UK fans who were still struggling to find them at all… This year, Louise has managed to talk to USA Distributors and got some of these new Mask and Knife sets coming.. This set is labelled with the ’25th movie anniversary’ text, so it seems to be 100% sure that the masks WILL be an EU Stamp Sparkle hood mask, Whether it will have the Vanilla smell ?? , not sure on that…

July 4th 2021 : Scorched GhostFace images updated!
Hooray !!! The Scorched GhostFace seems to have been finalised..
Well, after a few months have passed it has finally come to us in an image preview… The UPDATED SCORCHED GHOSTFACE as seen in the game, DEAD BY DAYLIGHT , we have seen many samples this year of other masks and costumes… with the 25th Anniversary masks, the Sparkle Costume, the Viper (As seen in DBD) and also the USA Flag mask, (to be called the Patriotic GhostFace on release)… Of course, if a SAMPLE becomes available then ill be requesting the Scorched GhostFace mask to show on a future LIVE Stream.. as i have been able to secure the other samples before now, i will hopefully be getting a ‘Yes’ on when the Scorched sample arrives at the uk distributors… For now, enjoy the image below..
Also.. the masks will NOT be a solid PLASTIC mask, it will be a Flexible PVC/Vinyl rubber type…
