Where was Tyson?

The scene where the house blows up, I always wondered why Tyson wasn't there with the rest of the Stab 3 cast. It really doesn't make sense.

oh wow i never really thought of that.
yea why was he?
i bet it was something like the actor couldnt get to it
or they wanted you to think he was the killer since he is on the cover so people would assume

He couldn't make it. Otherwise where was all the Camera men, Director,Extras, etc
