Yes I agree with you completely. Except for Cici's death. Mrs. Loomis made the calls and Mickey killed Cici. If you pay close attention, when Ghostface stabs Cici in the back, he uses his left hand... which we know Mickey to be left handed. When Ghostface stabs Randy to death, you can see the killer is using her right hand, which we know to be Mrs. Loomis. Plus, Mrs. Loomis admits to only killing Randy, stating she got "knife happy" with him, making it seem like he was her only kill.

I dont think the time difference between cici getting killed then showing Mickey in the party was exact, i mean Mickey could of sneaked off and called her house just for Mrs.Loomis. tbh who knows, we never saw it and it was never mentioned, these are just theorys were talking about.

Yeah he probably just wondered off, CiCi's death scene was only a few minutes so he could've said anything and they'd believe it because Randy took a while getting drinks as well.
