I didn't know where to post this, since there is no section like "Scream Trilogy - General Discussion", so here it goes:

What if Casey's parents manage to arrive at time and discover that there is a killer in their house?

What if somebody realizes that Maureen is being killed in the theatre and tries to stop the killer?

What if Gail picks the cell phone, not Randy?

There are so many great details to discuss! You are free to post other questions.

Two more to discuss:

What if Principal Himbry heard the word, which the janitor told him ("Prick") as he was leaving through the door?

What if Sidney's bodyguards are attacked by Mrs. Loomis and not Mickey?

The killer would secretly disappear from the van, leaving Randy alive. He would have, however, definitely been killed later for what he said about Billy. The murder would probably occur in one of the dark corridors of Windsor College. Or in Randy's room.

What if Tatum has run up the stairs and hit the garage door opener instead of throw beers at the killer. (Looks like she had her hand on it though... stupid girl).

That's a good question. If Tatum somehow managed to escape from the garage and get back to the living room, I think they wouldn't believe her a single word. To that point, the whole group was drunk. They would probably all think that it is some kind of a prank.

On the other hand, if she told Dewey, he would have probably called for reinforcements and ordered Stu to cancel the party.
