Originally a girlfriend of Stu, Casey started seeing Steven Orth. no doubt this helped Stu's mood change to “Evil” so he could carry out her murder easier! Casey liked horror movies but it didnt matter because she would have been killed anyway!

It's her 34th birthday! She's probably the youngest out of the cast.

Do you think that the her leaving Stu was the reason why Stu created the partnership with Billy?

Yeah, I think it kicked off everything after Billy's mother left him. I also think that it was Stu who killed her and Billy killed the other guy.

She played such a pivotal role in getting SCREAM off the ground. Her decision to take the role of Casey was brilliant for the film.
